E, também hoje em dia o narcotráfico controla toda o Sistema de Diversão, Festas e Música produzida por descendentes de africanos para facilitar, com o transe musical, a indução e o assédio da convivência e criar os novos adeptos ao consumo de drogas pois este é um mercado que atua em conjunto, são duas fontes de renda, a Música produzida por eles mesmos para facilitar e estimular o Consumo de Drogas, constituindo as duas fontes de Receita Financeira: As Festas para difundir a Música para facilitar o consumo e aumentar a Receita do Tráfico com apoio de Emissoras de Rádio e TV.
